Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Associate to join our team at Marriott International.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and hospitality, with excellent communication skills

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes and presentations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve culinary knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and labor laws.
