Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CSA - Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Manque Global Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hotels and restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and enhance service quality.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to resolve complex customer issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications is essential.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are needed to maintain accurate records and reports.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities with a positive attitude and flexibility.
