CSA - Customer Service Assistant

Position Overview: responsible for passenger handling, baggage management, ticketing, and ensuring smooth operations both inside the terminal and on the ramp.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with Digi Yatra registration, onboarding, and use of the Digi Yatra app.
• Guide and support passengers in using Digi Yatra kiosks and e-gates, ensuring smooth processing.
• Verify passenger details, handle queries politely, and provide clear instructions.
• Address customer queries and provide high-quality service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate in any discipline preferred).
• Age: 18 – 28 years (for freshers); experienced candidates up to 32 years.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred.
• Pleasing personality, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Prior experience in aviation/airline/hospitality industry is an added advantage.

Work Environment

• Location: Airport premises (indoor terminal + ramp area).
• Shifts: Rotational (24x7 operations).
• Uniform: As per company/airline standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
