Job Description

Role Overview

The CRO Executive will be responsible for analysing user behaviour, identifying conversion barriers, planning and executing A/B tests, and implementing strategies that improve conversion rates across the Dermatouch website and funnels. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and tech teams to ensure our user journey is smooth, intuitive, and optimized for sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Funnel & Behaviour Analysis

  • Analyse website and landing page performance across the user journey (PDP → Cart → Checkout → Purchase).
  • Identify drop-off points and behavioural patterns using analytics tools.
  • Conduct regular audits to uncover usability issues, friction points, and optimization opportunities.

2. A/B Testing & Experimentation

  • Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests for landing pages, PDPs, checkout flows, banners, CTAs, and more.
  • Define hypotheses, test variations, and track performance metrics.
  • Implement winning experiments to drive measurable improvement.

3. Website & Landing Page Optimization

  • Optimize page layout, copy, CTAs, product descriptions, and visual hierarchy for better conversions.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve user experience.
  • Develop and maintain high-converting landing pages for campaigns.

4. Data-Driven Strategy & Insights

  • Interpret GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, and other data tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Create weekly and monthly CRO performance reports.
  • Suggest improvements based on quantitative and qualitative user data.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing to improve acquisition-to-conversion performance.
  • Coordinate with developers to implement website and CRO changes.
  • Align with content and design teams to enhance communication on key pages.

Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, preferably in D2C/E-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experiment design.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as:
  • Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • VWO or Optimizely
  • Shopify or similar CMS (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Ability to convert insights into practical recommendations and tests.
  • Experience working with landing pages and funnel optimization.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or other D2C categories.
  • Understanding of email and SMS retention funnels.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for quicker experiment implementation.
