About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

CRM Administrator

to manage, maintain, and enhance our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, optimize workflows, develop reports and dashboards, and support business operations by enabling efficient use of CRM tools across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all administrative duties for the CRM platform, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
  • Create, test, and implement new or modified forms, views, reports, templates, and dashboards as per business requirements.
  • Conduct periodic data cleansing and quality audits to maintain accurate and reliable customer records.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, and access levels within the CRM system.
  • Develop, test, and deploy workflow rules and automation aligned with business processes.
  • Keep CRM data organized, accurate, and up to date, including customer contact details, purchase history, and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the development and sales teams to support integration, scheduling, and reporting needs.
  • Manage and maintain CRM applications to ensure system stability, security, and availability.
  • Create and deploy CRM analytics dashboards based on business and reporting requirements.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between clients and internal teams for CRM-related communication and reporting.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure both new and existing users understand system functionalities and best practices.
  • Support additional administrative and planning responsibilities, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with the sales team.

Basic Requirements

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and number-crunching abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – clear, concise, and confident.
  • Effective time management and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process ownership.
  • Ability to contribute meaningfully to organizational growth by supporting business operations through data-driven insights.
