Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Little Russel Street, Kolkata
Salary: ₹19,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer databases and records in the CRM system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team to assist in lead generation and conversion activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and requests.
• Support sales operations by preparing reports, proposals, and follow-up schedules.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
