CRM Manager

Role Overview: As a CRM Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer relationships, increase satisfaction, and drive retention. You will lead the CRM team, optimize systems, ensure timely support, and collaborate with various departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the CRM Executive team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. - Allocate workload, monitor task completion, and conduct performance reviews. - Design and implement CRM strategies aligned with company goals. - Oversee prompt and professional customer interactions across all channels (email, phone, chat). - Handle escalated customer complaints with sensitivity and urgency. - Maintain accuracy of customer data and utilize CRM tools effectively. - Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. - Coordinate with warehouse, operations, support, and other departments for timely issue resolution. - Align CRM practices with company-wide initiatives to enhance the customer journey. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven experience in a CRM Manager or similar role. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. - Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively. - Graduation in any discipline.
