Job Description

Job Title: CRM – Real Estate (Executive / Manager)Location: ZIRAKPUR , PANCHKULA KALKA HIGHWAY

Looking for a candidate who can manage and enhance customer relationships across the client lifecycle — from lead generation and pre-sales follow-up through to post-sales handover and ongoing client satisfaction — using the CRM system and collaborating with sales, marketing, legal, finance & operations teams in the real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client data, interaction history, follow-ups, property/showing details.
  • Manage lead pipelines: allocate leads, monitor status, ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate between sales, documentation/legal, finance (payments/collections) and site/operations teams to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
  • Monitor and support post-sales activities: bookings, handover, documentation, registration, addressing client queries/concerns.
  • Handle customer communication (phone/email/WhatsApp), respond to enquiries, resolve complaints or escalate as needed.
  • Prepare reports & dashboards on CRM metrics: lead conversion, client satisfaction, outstanding documents/payments, etc.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in the customer journey and suggest/implement optimisations.
  • Ensure the client experience is positive, timely, and meets company standards.
  • (For senior roles) Lead a team of CRM / customer-service staff; set KPIs, train team members, monitor performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related). For senior roles, MBA preferred.
  • Experience in real estate industry (residential/commercial) or real-estate CRM / after-sales roles
  • Manager: 4-7 years,

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc), MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English + local language (Punjabi / Hindi) preferred.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, problem-solving, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Good organisational & coordination skills, able to deal with multiple stakeholders (sales, legal, finance, site).
  • Analytical orientation: able to interpret CRM data/reports and derive insights.

Performance Metrics / KPIs

  • Lead to conversion ratio / % of leads followed up within specified timeframe.
  • Client satisfaction / Net promoter score (NPS) / number of complaints escalated.
  • Timely completion of documentation/handovers.
  • CRM data accuracy and completeness.
  • For senior: team performance, process improvements implemented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
