CRM Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at our company, your role will involve managing customer relationships throughout the collection process, overseeing the database either in Excel or through CRM software, providing after-sales services, and ensuring the timely delivery of apartments in collaboration with the sales and other departments. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handling bookings and logging information in the CRM system. - Ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all documentation related to clients" booking forms during sales, including obtaining required signatures and KYC verification. - Preparing and issuing Possession Letters and Buyer's Agreements to clients. - Following up on Buyer's Agreements and other related tasks. - Generating Company MIS DSR reports. - Maintaining records of files and documents. - Managing post-sales queries via emails and calls. - Coordinating with the sales team. - Up-selling and Cross-Selling to the existing customer base as necessary. **Qualifications Required:** - Must have a presentable appearance and excellent communication skills. - Prior experience in the Real Estate Industry, particularly in residential or commercial projects. - Proficient knowledge of CRM procedures in real estate. - Strong business communication skills in English and Hindi. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving skills. - Outstanding organizational skills. - Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. - Customer-centric attitude. - Working knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel.
