Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of CRM professionals to deliver exceptional customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and query resolution.
Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to drive business growth through improved customer relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance overall customer experience.
Analyze data insights from CRM systems to inform decision-making on product development, marketing initiatives, and sales strategies.
Ensure timely escalation of critical issues affecting client satisfaction or operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in CRM management with expertise in managing high-performing teams.
Proven track record of driving successful CRM projects/programs resulting in increased revenue growth.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
