Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Management

  • Generate and capture leads from multiple sources (website, campaigns, referrals, exhibitions, cold outreach, etc.)
  • Qualify leads and assign them to the appropriate sales team
  • Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system
  • Track lead status from inquiry to closure

Sales Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Monitor sales activities and ensure

    timely follow-ups

    by the sales team
  • Coordinate with sales executives for proposal, negotiation, and closure stages
  • Escalate delayed or critical follow-ups to management
  • Support the sales team with customer data and history

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity records in CRM
  • Generate

    daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

    , including:
    • Sales pipeline
    • Conversion ratios
    • Follow-up status
  • Distribute reports to concerned departments (Sales, Management, Operations, Finance)
  • Analyse data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a point of contact for key clients when required
  • Ensure timely response to client inquiries and concerns
  • Track customer feedback, complaints, and resolution status
  • Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Define and implement CRM processes and best practices
  • Ensure sales teams follow CRM discipline and data accuracy
  • Train users on CRM usage and reporting
  • Support management with data for decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in

    CRM, sales coordination, or business development

  • Experience in B2B sales environment preferred

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills (Excel, dashboards)
  • Understanding of sales cycle and lead management process
