Job Summary:

The CRM Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Customer Relationship Management strategies to optimize the customer lifecycle, enhance customer retention, and increase engagement. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication with customers and to gather insights, improve service delivery, and drive growth.
