Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring timely follow-ups, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team with data and insights to enhance conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information and lead status.
  • Track leads, inquiries, and client communications throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.
  • Handle incoming customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Ensure regular communication with prospects through email, SMS, and calls.
  • Prepare CRM reports for sales analysis and pipeline monitoring.
  • Assist in creating and executing CRM campaigns to improve client engagement and retention.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
  • Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and support documentation handover.
  • Ensure timely communication for project updates, milestones, and payment reminders.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with CRM strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with real estate sales processes and documentation.
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare actionable insights.
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with lead management tools and automated communication platforms.
  • Multilingual abilities (English + local language) are a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
