A commercial leasing manager is responsible for overseeing rental operations & transactions for commercial real estate. Their job duties include: · Developing marketing campaigns to advertise leasing properties through media relations and posting on social media platforms. · Responding to potential renters' inquiries and concerns. Achieve targets for oneself and team · Negotiating contract agreements and & monitoring day to day activity to ensure proper documentation related to deal. · Corporate Marketing to tap corporate client for generating deals. Developing relationships with Channel Partners for Business Development purpose. · Inspecting the property's location for safety and security. · Conducting regular reviews of monetary requirements. Researching the background of lease applicants · Responsible for collection & receivable · Maintain Property Listing databases. Strong understanding of the competitive environment and market area of assigned area. · Ensure weekly communication between all departments associated with the Leasing Process: Commercial Property Management, Maintenance, and Accounting. Coordinate Project updates for new Prospective Tenants with the appropriate departments and/or Project Manager to provide updates to Leasing Team. · Constantly work to improve processes; make suggestions for productivity improvements, and optimize team member workflow, while continuing to meet our customers’ needs. SKILLS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Real Estate experience Commercial real estate experience, preferably Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
