CRM Executive (Real Estate)

As a CRM & Automation Specialist at our Greater Noida location, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system to drive client engagement, streamline communication, and improve operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing CRM operations and data management, addressing client inquiries, designing and implementing automation workflows, generating reports to provide valuable insights, and delivering CRM training and support. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, along with expertise in designing automation workflows. Your background should also include experience in client communication and inquiry handling, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is required, while CRM tool certifications are considered optional but beneficial.
