As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial multi-functional role within our dynamic real estate team. Combining sales support, customer relationship management, and market analysis, this position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing client communications
• Maintain and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation, and reporting.
• Respond to inquiries from current customers and attend to their needs
• Educate customers on processes and timelines and keep regular communication.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using CRM software and various productivity tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and research skills, to interpret data and draw insights.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends, pricing, and valuation methods
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in a sales support or real estate CRM role
• Proficiency in data analysis and creating data visualizations
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Have a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
• Strong project management and coordination abilities
• Preferably fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Experience Required: 3-5 Years minimum
