As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial multi-functional role within our dynamic real estate team. Combining sales support, customer relationship management, and market analysis, this position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Generate leads through various marketing channels including digital platforms, referrals, and networking
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential clients
• Maintain client database and follow up on leads and inquiries
• Create marketing materials including brochures, property listings, and promotional content
• Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Organize and participate in property exhibitions and marketing events
• Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management review
• Handle customer queries and provide post-sale support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer preferences
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and documentation processes
