Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers after sales closure.
  • Manage end-to-end customer relationship from booking to possession.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for document verification, payments and handover.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare demand letters, payment schedules and maintain customer database.
  • Monitor collection targets and ensure timely recovery of dues.
  • Assist in agreement execution, registration and possession process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous communication and support.
  • Prepare MIS reports and update management on CRM activities.

Eligibility

  • Graduate / MBA with 410 years of experience in CRM or Customer Relations.
  • Experience in Real Estate preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
