Job Description

Position - Asst Manager CS Operations

Location - Attibele, Bangalore

Purpose of the Job/Job Mission

He is responsible for Spares Planning & Operation Control within the defined ORM policy to fulfill customer requirements on time.

Essential Functions

Manage & lead CS Operation team to meet defined KPI

Ensure Operation Risk Management controls on CS Operations

Responsible for Lead to Cash KPIs(Quotation, Delivery, AR, Inventory, Turnover Logistics etc)

Able to review & ensure to fulfil customer requirements within the committed time

Forecast Spares turnover & execute same on a monthly basis to reach the Budget

Conduct meeting with SCM & Manufacturing team to ensure parts Fulfilment on time

Continuous review with team members & enables them to reach their KPI

MRP & Inventory Controller for Spare Parts

Set & Review Stock items list based on Consumption as well forecast

AR monitoring & Commercial Clearances

Conduct review meeting with Branch for day-to-day Activities

Setting inventory levels at all Branches and Channel partner locations

Coordinate with Logistic team to ensure on-time delivery

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong Knowledge about SAP SD & MM Module

Strong knowledge on MIS reporting

Strong knowledge in Customer focused Delivery operations

Knowledge on Inventory, Logistics & Commercials

Strong planning and organizing skills

Ability to work in a matrix organization.

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company

Mandatory

Graduate

Desirable

  • Preferably Techno Commercial

Experience

Minimum 08-10 years of experience from Operations background

SAP SD & MM module working background

Technical and commercial knowledge cover-

ing multiple disciplines

Proven ability to communicate effectively with site teams and motivate them to meet the project objectives

Strong planning, organizing and priority set- ting skills, with a proven ability to manage teams

Desirable
