Machine Operators - CNC Turning and Milling Machine Job in Bangalore

Job Description

Machine Operators Relevant Exp: 3-4 years Location - Peenya, Bangalore Its a on going Contract. Education Qualification: Diploma in any mechanical stream Should have independently handled turning and milling machine. 4th axis exposure is an added advantage. 2. Should be capable to independently setup jobs 3. Should have knowledge of taking work offsets and tool offsets 4. Should be able to read engineering drawing properly. 5. Should have knowledge of updation of wear and length compensation. 6. Should have knowledge of Fanuc controller and should be able to carry-out 2D programs as and when required using relevant G-codes. 7. Should be open to work in shifts when required. 8. Should have knowledge about machining tolerances and part accuracies. 9. Should have knowledge of working with ATCs, Turret and manual tool loading. 10. Should know how to interface with CAM software or NC controllers for program transfer. 11. Working knowledge of CAM application is an added advantage 12. Work experience of Wirecut and surface grinding is added advantage. 13. As Job require in-process inspection in most of the cases, so candidate should have knowledge in using measuring instruments viz.. Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Bore gauge, height gauge, dial guage etc.. Daily maintenance of the machine, job deburring post machining, proper handling and storage of tools and maintaining relevant job records is part of job profile. Sowmya Samvith Technologies 9844188855
