Position Overview

• The CRM Development & Implementation Specialist will design, customize, and implement CRM solutions for the Real Estate ERP module within Nway ERP.
• This role involves requirement gathering, CRM workflow configuration, integration with ERP modules, user training, and end-to-end implementation delivery.
• Core responsibilities include:
• • Designing CRM modules tailored to real estate workflows
  Managing leads follow-ups bookings payments
  • handover cycles
  • Building automation flows, reports & dashboards
  • Ensuring smooth deployment and post-go-live support
• The ideal candidate must have strong CRM development experience and hands-on Real Estate ERP exposure.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Development & Customization

• Design and customize CRM modules specifically for real estate business processes.
• Develop automation flows, dashboards, and MIS reporting structures.

2. Requirement Gathering & Workflow Design

• Interact with business teams to capture requirements and convert them into CRM workflows.
• Create end-to-end process setups for leads, follow-ups, bookings, payments & handover.

3. ERP Integration

• Integrate CRM with ERP modules including Sales, Finance, Projects, and Support.
• Ensure smooth data flow and process alignment across systems.

4. Implementation & Training

• Conduct training sessions for end-users across departments.
• Support UAT, testing, and go-live activities.

5. Collaboration & Deployment

• Work closely with ERP functional and technical teams for seamless CRM deployment.
• Ensure timely delivery of configurations and enhancements.

6. Post-Implementation Support

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Maintain documentation, configuration logs, and user guides.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM development, customization, or implementation.
• Mandatory experience in Real Estate ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, SQL, APIs & integrations.
• Experience building dashboards, automation flows & MIS reports.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Real Estate CRM or domain-specific ERP platforms.
