Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager with strong expertise in loan processing, sales, credit underwriting, and personal loans. The ideal candidate will evaluate credit applications, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive loan portfolio growth while maintaining asset quality.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and underwrite personal loan applications in line with credit policies.
Oversee the end-to-end loan processing workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth and achieve lending targets.
Analyze borrower profiles, creditworthiness, and risk factors to make informed decisions.
Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address potential delinquencies.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal audit standards.
Train and mentor junior team members on credit evaluation and underwriting.
