Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager to manage customer credit risk, control receivables, and ensure healthy cash flow for the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of credit policies, and the ability to balance business growth with risk management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and approve suitable credit limits and payment terms
• Develop, implement, and monitor credit policies to minimize risk and support sales growth
• Monitor accounts receivable and review aging reports to ensure timely collections
• Manage overdue accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and negotiate repayment plans
• Analyze customer payment behavior and assess credit risk regularly
• Recommend provisions for doubtful debts and support financial planning
• Coordinate closely with sales and finance teams to balance revenue targets and cash flow
• Prepare and present regular credit, receivables, and risk analysis reports to management
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and financial controls

Required Qualifications

• CA Qualified OR CA Intermediate / CA Final Appeared candidates
• Strong understanding of credit management, receivables, and risk assessment
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Good communication and negotiation skills
