Core Responsibilities of IT Executive: Provide support to all departments in hardware, software, and network related issues. Configure, install, and maintain IT systems. Configure, install and maintain laptops and workstations. Ensure that there is data security enabled with all systems Keep a close watch on system performance to ensure there is optimisation of system speeds and costs. Collaborate with external vendors to resolve specialise IT issues. Ensure passwords are not breached. Ensure confidential information is not moved from one workstation to another. Required Skills & Expericence Qualification : B.Tech (CS/IT) Experienced in software testing in LOS and LMS (Loan Origination and Loan Management Systems, ideally having work experince of banks and NBFCs Knowledge of loan lifecycle processes (application → disbursement → repayment) Familiarity with testing cycles (functional, regression, sanity, integration). Ability to use bug tracking and project management tools. Basic knowledge of databases and queries for backend validation. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end testing across loan origination and loan management modules (application, underwriting, sanction, disbursement, repayment, collections).
