Required Skills & Expericence

Qualification : B.Tech (CS/IT)

Experienced in software testing in LOS and LMS (Loan Origination and Loan Management Systems, ideally having work experince of banks and NBFCs

Knowledge of loan lifecycle processes (application → disbursement → repayment)

Familiarity with testing cycles (functional, regression, sanity, integration).

Ability to use bug tracking and project management tools.

Basic knowledge of databases and queries for backend validation.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing across loan origination and loan management modules (application, underwriting, sanction, disbursement, repayment, collections).
• Carry out functional, regression, and integration testing after new releases or system changes.
• Validate data flows between LOS, LMS, and integrated platforms (credit bureau, payments, CRM, etc.).
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results, ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Identify, log, and track issues/defects.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide reports and insights on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
