Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller Location: Indore Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. You should be able to build rapport with customers, answer questions, and close sales or generate leads. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries Explain products or services and answer questions from customers Follow up on leads and maintain customer database Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets Handle customer complaints professionally and redirect calls when necessary Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is a plus Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)] Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of patience and professionalism Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
