Requirements: Proven experience of 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably as a Loan Manager/Sr. Credit Associate in banks, NBFCs, Fintech, or banking. Strong understanding of loan processing, credit assessment, document verification, and fraud detection. Familiarity with banking and financial regulations, and the ability to apply them effectively in the loan verification process. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies or fraudulent activities in loan applications.
