Position Overview: As the Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our creative vision and ensuring cohesive execution across all digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers and the social media team to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate: Work with designers and social media strategists to create unified campaigns that elevate brand presence. - Creative Direction: Provide creative input and guidance on design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity. - Project Management: Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. - Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to inform creative strategies. - Feedback Loop: Facilitate constructive feedback between teams to refine ideas and enhance creative output. - Mentorship: Support and mentor junior designers and team members, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in a creative role within a digital marketing agency. - Proven experience in bridging communication between design and social media teams. - Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and creative work. - Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
