We're looking for a visionary Creative Head who can lead our brand's storytelling and craft compelling narratives that resonate deeply with our community.


Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Narrative Strategy:


Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals to build a cohesive brand story.


Develop and execute a narrative-driven creative strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brings our brand's mission to life.


Scripting & Storytelling:


Generate fresh and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, digital content, and product launches, with a strong focus on compelling stories and scripts for video, social media, and other platforms.


Oversee the entire creative process to ensure a high standard of originality and emotional resonance.


Brand Guardian:


Act as the ultimate guardian of our brand identity and story. Ensure all creative output is consistent, on-brand, and effectively communicates our core values through powerful narratives.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective storytelling solutions.


Present and defend creative concepts and storyboards to senior stakeholders, articulating the emotional and strategic impact of the narrative.


Project Management:


Oversee the creative project pipeline, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.


Market & Trend Analysis:


Stay up-to-date with the latest storytelling trends, emerging content platforms, and competitor creative strategies within the food and wellness industries.


Use these insights to keep our brand's narrative at the forefront of the industry.


Quality Control:


Provide clear and constructive feedback and direction to the creative team, ensuring all final deliverables meet the highest creative and technical standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Film, Marketing, or a related field.


5+ years of progressive experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.


A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects, with a particular emphasis on scriptwriting, video campaigns, and brand storytelling.


Exceptional leadership and team management skills.


Deep knowledge of the creative process, from ideation to production.


Proficiency with industry-standard design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Figma).


Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
