Job Description

Sec1, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a talented Creative Content Designer to join our team. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling and effective content that communicates our cybersecurity solutions to our audience. As a Creative Content Designer at Sec1, you'll play a crucial role in creating engaging digital content such as graphics, videos, blogs, and infographics to support our marketing efforts in the cybersecurity industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Create high-quality and engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, blogs, infographics and more to support marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital content marketing, graphic design and social media to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including scheduling, publishing posts and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Analyse data and insights to track the effectiveness of content and campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with business goals.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Content Marketing expert, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital content campaigns across various channels.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop to create custom graphics, videos and other visual content.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools to create custom videos.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and experience with content creation and publishing.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and measure performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field preferred.


Nice to Have:

  • Proficiency in web designing, including the ability to add content to websites and optimize user experience.
  • Experience in UX/UI design and the ability to independently create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
