Role Overview

Creative Content Designer

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (70%)

• Design marketing assets for social media, websites, campaigns, and performance ads.
• Create static, motion graphics, infographics, and product creatives.
• Maintain visual consistency in line with brand guidelines.

Video Editing & Shoot (30%)

• Edit promotional videos, reels, tutorials, and internal/external communication films.
• Assist in small-scale shoots for product demos and campaigns.
• Add effects, captions, and transitions to align with modern video trends.

AI-Powered Content Creation (50% of total work mix)

• Leverage tools like

  Krea, Runway, MidJourney, Leonardo, Canva AI, and Chatgpt

  for asset generation.
• Build AI-driven content workflows to speed up creative delivery.
• Experiment with prompts, refine AI outputs, and integrate them into final deliverables.

Expected Skill Mix

• 30% — Typical Design Tools

  (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma)

• 20% — Videography

  (basic shooting, framing, lighting understanding)

• 50% — AI Tools

  (visual generation, video AI editing, automation workflows)

Qualifications & Experience

• 0–2 years of experience

  in

  graphic design, creative content, or multimedia design

  .
• Strong portfolio showcasing both

  design and video content

  (college projects, internships, or freelance work also accepted).
• Hands-on experience with

  Adobe Creative Suite, Canva/Figma

  , and exposure to

  AI design tools

• Understanding of social media content trends and brand storytelling.
