Creative Content Designer (Trainee → Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Content Designer who has a passion for crafting engaging social media content and a flair for graphic design. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are enthusiastic about digital marketing and want to grow their career in content creation and social media management.

The selected candidate will join as a Trainee for the first 3 months. Based on performance and learning progress, the role will be converted into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative marketing materials including flyers, posters, and social media creatives.
• Assist in creating short-form video content for social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, design, and execute content strategies.
• Manage and publish content across LILO’s social media platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance and insights.
• Stay updated with current design and social media trends to bring fresh ideas.

Requirements

• A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Passion for social media, creativity, and storytelling.
• Strong interest in marketing and brand communication.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Freshers with a portfolio of creative work (academic/personal projects accepted) will be given preference.
