Course Coordinator (Multiple Streams)

As a Course Coordinator, you will own end-to-end coordination and delivery for one academic program stream. You’ll manage institutional relationships, student operations, teaching/guest sessions, outreach presentations, and ensure quality execution across campuses.

Expect frequent on-site sessions and close collaboration with faculty, TPOs, and HoDs.

Program Streams (choose one when applying)

1. Certified Finance & Business Analyst (CFBA)

Preferred background: Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Management

2. Certified Business Systems Analyst (CBSA)

Preferred background: Engineering / Computer Science + Business Management

3. Advanced Certification in Business Law & Management Consultancy (ACBL-MC)

Preferred background: Law / Legal Studies + Business Management

Key Responsibilities (common across streams)

1. Institution Partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, HoDs, and TPOs.

• Drive MoUs, finalize academic calendars, and define delivery SLAs.

2. Program Planning & Delivery

• Prepare term plans, timetables, and faculty rosters.• Ensure syllabus coverage, classroom/lab readiness, and timely assessments.

3. Student Operations

• Oversee enrolments, orientations, attendance, and student engagement.

• Coordinate doubt-clearing clinics, capstones/projects, and placement support.

4. Quality & Compliance

• Standardize rubrics and grading frameworks.

• Conduct juries/reviews, monitor dashboards, and implement feedback loops.

• Ensure documentation and compliance audits are completed on time.

Outreach & Presentations

• Deliver engaging presentations/workshops for students and faculty.

• Represent FinQuo Versity in fests, roadshows, and hackathons.

• Support marketing through case studies and campus success stories.

Teaching Support

• Deliver selected foundation modules, tutorials, or case workshops within your stream.

• Coach student teams for live projects and competitions.

Reporting & MIS

• Prepare weekly MIS reports (enrolments, attendance, NPS, placements).

• Maintain issue/risk registers and initiate corrective actions.

Travel & Logistics

• Plan and execute campus visits (presentations, teaching, reviews) across Kerala.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2 – 6 years in academic coordination / management and/or teaching/training in a

relevant domain.

• Excellent presentation and classroom communication skills (100 + students).

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI / Tableau is a plus.

• Fluency in English and Malayalam; Hindi desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PG/MBA/LLB preferred (per stream).

• Strong program/project management and stakeholder handling.

• Calendar discipline with attention to deadlines.

• Data-driven mindset—track KPIs and translate insights into action.

• Confident classroom presence and mentoring attitude.

• High ownership, adaptability, and on-ground problem solving.
