This job exists to lead the day-to-day delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners within a specific geographic region. The role is crucial for ensuring Ericsson attracts, selects, and retains the best talent to meet its regional strategic hiring targets. Reporting into the Head of TA Delivery India, the Country TA Manager ensures hiring targets are met, global standard ways of working are adopted, and data quality is maintained in the tools and systems. This role will directly manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and are responsible for their training, development, and performance management. The Country TA Manager will have multiple TA Partners reporting into them, requiring an ability to execute through others. The role requires solid experience in leading Talent Acquisition Partners in a complex and dynamic environment, ideally across countries.
What will you do:
- Delivery & Operations: Fully responsible for the delivery of end-to-end recruitment in the region. Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to attract, source, interview, manage offers and onboard. Utilizes data-driven insights and talent analytics to assess and improve talent acquisition processes, closely tracking the global recruitment metrics. Fully responsible for the data quality in the region.
- Team Management: Leads, mentors, and manages the Regional TA Partners, providing guidance and support to ensure effective recruitment delivery in the region and alignment with global objectives, programs, deployments, and recruitment best practices. Leads the team to execute processes in line with global and regional requirements, fully compliant with regional policies and laws.
- Change Management: Leads team change management efforts for delivery related projects, go lives and launches.
- Enablement: In collaboration with the Global CoE Enablement team, ensures recruiters and Hiring Managers are enabled to hire successfully. Responsible for ensuring regional Talent Acquisition Partners complete mandatory training and follow global work instructions. Ensures processes and tools are fully adopted.
- Talent Marketing, Sourcing, Attraction, Interviewing and Selection: Responsible for leading a team to collaborate with hiring managers on understanding talent needs for the business, coaching the team to attract in line with company branding, source based on industry trends and historical success data, and interview candidates based on the company’s enablement and interviewing standards.
- Diversity, Equality and Inclusion initiatives: Champion efforts within the recruitment process, ensuring that hiring practices promote a diverse workforce. Implement regional strategies to attract underrepresented groups and create an inclusive hiring environment.
- Thought Leadership, Ongoing Learning and Professional Development: Contributes as a member of the Regional Talent Acquisition Leadership team to incorporate innovation and industry leading ways of working. Commits to continuous improvement by staying informed about the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies. Participates in ongoing learning opportunities, including completing certifications, and engaging in internal training sessions. Encourages a culture of growth and adaptability by sharing best practices and new insights with the recruitment team.
- Compliance and Risk Management: In collaboration with the Global CoE Operations team, ensures all recruitment practices comply with local and international labor laws, GDPR, and internal company policies. Adheres to confidentiality requirements in handling sensitive candidate data and ensures all recruitment activities follow ethical hiring standards.
You will bring!
- 13+ Years of relevant experience in Talent acquisition in a global organization
- A relevant bachelor's degree is considered advantageous
- Proven ability to lead international recruitment teams in complex environments, with a track record of driving performance through KPIs and metrics.
- Deep understanding of talent marketing, sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes. Ability to leverage analytics for process improvement.
- Experience in managing change and enabling teams to adopt new processes and tools effectively.
- Passion for championing diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders. Proficient in storytelling and data analysis.
- Familiarity with local and international labor laws, ensuring recruitment practices adhere to all standards.
- Experience in managing a Talent Acquisition team within a technology company is valuable.
