Job Description

You will be responsible for Export Sales & International Marketing of Parts & Accessories. Your key responsibilities will include: - Export Sales Operations for Parts & Accessories - Sales Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting - Analyzing data to identify sales trends - Identifying current trends and creating successful sales pitches - Establishing and maintaining customer relationships with key overseas clients - Expertise in Export Custom Clearance and Logistics - Handling customers across various geographic regions/time zones - Data management and analysis, including trend study and problem identification - Analyzing customer needs & requirements, predicting future requirements - Understanding consumer behavior & needs, upcoming trends in the automobile industry - Effective communication, influential & negotiation skills, customer-centric approach - Interpersonal & presentation skills, ability to work effectively in teams and build high-performance inter-department teams Qualifications required: - MBA (Preferably from IIM or Premier College with specialization in International Business) - Post Graduation in Marketing & Sales Competencies / Skills needed: - Understanding of Export Operations, Custom Clearance, Export Incentive Schemes - Knowledge of ERP system - Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint - Background in the automobile industry, particularly spares division Behavioral traits: - Good Analytical Mindset - Innovative - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Highly Flexible & Go-getter attitude - Solution-oriented approach Please note: The job location is in Gurgaon, and you will be reporting to the Department Head - Export Sales at the AM/DM level in the organization.,
