Key Responsibilities

🏗️ Establish & Scale Operations

• Lead the setup of our Lahore delivery center — facility, infrastructure, and operational governance.
• Ensure compliance with

  U.S. healthcare standards

  and data protection protocols.

🔒 Compliance & Governance

• Implement and maintain

  HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO 27001

  frameworks.
• Drive a culture of data privacy, security, and continuous audit readiness.

👥 Team Leadership

• Recruit and mentor delivery leaders, operations managers, and medical support staff.
• Build scalable teams of

  Virtual Medical Assistants, coders, billers, and prior authorization specialists

  .

💼 Client Delivery & Growth

• Oversee service delivery across key areas —

  RCM, Prior Authorization, Insurance Verification, EMR Documentation, and Telehealth Support

  .
• Partner with U.S. leadership for pre-sales, client onboarding, and delivery excellence.

📊 Performance & Quality Management

• Establish QA systems and dashboards to track SLAs, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes and people.

🤝 Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with U.S. sales and compliance teams for strategic alignment.
• Provide executive reporting on operations, staffing, and financial performance.

What You’ll Bring

• 15+ years

  of BPO/KPO leadership (7+ years in U.S. healthcare operations).
• Proven success in

  setting up and scaling delivery centers

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  U.S. healthcare workflows

  – RCM, Billing, EMRs, Insurance Verification, and Prior Authorization.
• Experience managing

  200+ FTEs

  across multi-shift operations.
• Deep understanding of

  HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001

  standards.
• Excellent leadership presence, stakeholder communication, and financial acumen.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
