Costing and Plant finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Management of the SKU-wise reports
• Cost-saving validations and reporting of the same as and when required
• Monitor and control plant expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency and optimization.
• Analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Implement cost control measures and track performance against cost targets
• Maintaining export turnover, profitability,y and variance analysis
• Maintaining the export pricing master
• Gross margin variance analysis
• Procurement price analysis & Batch Costing.
• Preparation of yield reports of the factory and TPU
• Preparation of capacity utilization reports
• Coordinating the completion of various reconciliations required for the Cost audit
• Management of material procurement and processing
• Review of the production order posted at various locations
• Preparation of variance by price and volume
• Preparation of cost sheets using a process costing
• Improvements in tracking costs and allocation of OHs by applying Activity-Based costing
• Inventory valuation as per the procedure laid out, Periodical Factory, Warehouse inventory audit
• Analysis of slow-moving inventory
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage plant audits

Qualifications

• ICWA Qualified or Semi Qualified / CMA Semi Qualified - 5 years of experience in Costing
• Costing experience & Plant Accounting
• Data Handling and Process Handling
• Team Handling experience
• Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Detail-oriented and analytical
