Job Description

As a Corporate Sales Trainer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the learning and development initiatives for our retail sales teams across Kerala. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering training programs to enhance sales performance, customer service excellence, and product knowledge in Cosmos stores. - Design and execute comprehensive training programs covering sales techniques, soft skills, customer engagement, organizational skills, and workflow efficiency. - Conduct Boot Camp onboarding sessions for new hires to provide core retail, brand, and product knowledge. - Deliver training through various methods including classroom sessions, live virtual classes, and e-learning modules. - Utilize gamification and interactive training techniques to create engaging sessions. - Collaborate with Store Managers and Sales Operations Managers to assess team performance and align training content with business goals. - Continuously update training content to reflect new product launches and promotional strategies. - Measure training effectiveness through assessments, store KPIs, and employee feedback. - Provide individual coaching and mentoring for career development. - Maintain accurate training records and generate reports for leadership. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in retail or sales environments. - Strong understanding of retail sales dynamics, particularly in the sports/lifestyle segment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Experience with LMS platforms and blended learning models. - Strong organizational and planning abilities. - Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala. - Ability to collaborate across departments to influence store-level performance. Preferred Attributes: - Prior experience in sports or branded retail. - Customer service training expertise. - Ability to incorporate company values into training content. - Analytical mindset for assessing training effectiveness. This is a full-time job with benefits including leave encashment and paid sick time.
