Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising & Grant Acquisition

• Lead efforts to raise

  CSR funds and educational grants

  to expand our 4-step career guidance journey for underprivileged youth.
• Craft compelling pitches and proposals for

  CSR leaders, CHROs, foundation executives, and government officials

  .
• Build and nurture partnerships with

  corporates, family offices, philanthropic trusts, social impact funds

  , and grant-making bodies.
• Respond to

  RFPs

  , write high-impact grant proposals, and develop tailored concept notes, decks, and investment memos.

2. Strategic Partnership Development

• Forge

  long-term partnerships

  with CSR teams, education foundations, and government education departments.
• Design impactful solutions aligned with

  CSR mandates, ESG frameworks, NEP goals

  , and

  UN SDG outcomes

  .
• Collaborate with

  NGOs, school networks

  , and on-ground implementation partners to ensure last-mile delivery.

3. Program Execution & Impact Measurement

• Work closely with internal teams to deliver funded projects with excellence.
• Monitor student progress and create

  impact reports, dashboards

  , and donor-facing presentations.
• Conduct field visits and collect qualitative data through

  student interviews and site evaluations

  to capture human stories behind the numbers.

4. Growth Strategy & Sector Leadership

• Develop scalable frameworks to expand Mentoria’s reach from

  220+ partners to over 1,000 institutions

  and positively impact

  2 crore+ lives

• Represent Mentoria at

  CSR conferences, education summits, policy roundtables

  , and government forums.
• Build visibility and thought leadership within the

  education and impact investing ecosystem

Candidate Profile

• 6–10+ years

  of experience in

  CSR fundraising, institutional partnerships

  , or government liaison roles.
• Demonstrated success in

  raising significant funds

  , securing grants, and

  closing strategic partnerships

  .
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills — you can influence both

  CXOs and community leaders

  .
• Deep understanding of

  CSR policies, grant cycles, educational impact metrics

  , and program evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to navigate diverse spaces — from

  corporate boardrooms to rural classrooms

  .
• Passionate about
