Roles & Responsibilities: Creating and executing plans that align with the company's values and contribute to social and environmental well-being. Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including employees, communities, and government bodies, to identify and address social and environmental issues. Overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR initiatives, such as community development, sustainability projects, and ethical business practices. Managing the financial aspects of CSR programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budget guidelines. Tracking and evaluating the outcomes of CSR initiatives to assess their effectiveness and make improvements. Communicating CSR activities and their impact to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and the public. Ensuring the organization complies with relevant CSR regulations and standards. Fostering a culture of ethical behavior and sustainability throughout the organization. Candidate Profile: 7 years of relevant experience in CSR, sustainability, or allied fields. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Analytical skills to assess program impacts and prepare reports. Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SDGs, and ESG.
