Role Overview

The CSR Manager will play a key role in conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring for the entire ABT group of companies CSR initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, program execution capability, and the ability to align CSR efforts with the company’s strategic goals and sustainability vision.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and execute CSR strategies and annual action plans in alignment with the company’s vision and CSR policy.

·        Identify, evaluate, and partner with NGOs, community organizations, and government bodies for CSR projects.

·        Plan and execute CSR events, awareness campaigns, and sustainability drives.

·        Monitor project implementation and measure impact through periodic reviews and reports.

·        Manage CSR budget allocations and ensure compliance with statutory CSR regulations under the Companies Act, 2013.

·        Prepare CSR reports and documentation for internal management and statutory disclosures.

·        Represent the company at CSR forums, community events, and partner meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

·        Master’s degree in Social Work & CSR Management.

·        4–7 years of experience in CSR roles, preferably in a corporate setup.

·        Strong understanding of CSR laws, impact measurement frameworks, and sustainability standards.

·        Excellent project management & communication skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office and data-driven reporting.

·        Passion for community development and a proactive, empathetic approach.
