Hiring for CSR Manager with India 's Leading Bank!!!

Job Title:

About the Role:

CSR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation and monitoring of CSR programs and assess outcomes
Evaluate implementing agencies and identify opportunities to enhance impact
Strengthen engagement with CSR partners and support value-add initiatives
Coordinate employee volunteering programs across the organization
Work with agencies on impact assessments of various projects
Assist NGOs/implementing agencies with onboarding to CSR tech platform
Ensure compliance with statutory CSR reporting requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

Masters in Social Sciences or MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from a reputed institution
Prior experience in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) function
Strong collaboration, influencing, and cross-functional partnership skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and time management abilities
