Our Foundation arm is looking for an experienced CSR Manager. Major responsibilities will be as follows: Facilitate the development of a Fundraising Strategy and crafting the proposals Research individuals, corporations, and foundations that may be interested in gift-giving Effectively convey the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors Strategize and successfully execute fundraising campaigns Maintaining records of sponsors. Maintain social media handles of the Foundation Organizing campaigns that will lead to donations. Training volunteers. Manage a budget and track whether goals are being met Conducting research on potential donors/partners such as trusts, foundations, companies and high net worth individuals. You will research, identify and connect with the decision makers of the prospective donor organizations. Candidate must have digital marketing knowledge Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: CSR Fundraising: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
