Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Our Foundation arm is looking for an experienced CSR Manager. Major responsibilities will be as follows:

• Facilitate the development of a Fundraising Strategy and crafting the proposals
• Research individuals, corporations, and foundations that may be interested in gift-giving
• Effectively convey the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors
• Strategize and successfully execute fundraising campaigns
• Maintaining records of sponsors.
• Maintain social media handles of the Foundation
• Organizing campaigns that will lead to donations.
• Training volunteers.
• Manage a budget and track whether goals are being met
• Conducting research on potential donors/partners such as trusts, foundations, companies and high net worth individuals.
• You will research, identify and connect with the decision makers of the prospective donor organizations.
• Candidate must have digital marketing knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• CSR Fundraising: 1 year (Required)
