Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager. The CSR Manager will develop and implement CSR initiatives that align with organizational goals, ensuring measurable outcomes. The role includes overseeing programs, monitoring their progress, and managing budgets effectively. The CSR Manager will engage employees in volunteerism, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate the impact of CSR initiatives internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Strong Corporate Social Responsibility knowledge and understanding of social impact strategies and initiatives
• Analytical skills to evaluate program outcomes, measure effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, to engage stakeholders and promote initiatives
• Project management experience for planning, executing, and overseeing CSR projects effectively
• Expertise in fostering employee engagement and coordinating volunteer programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business, Sustainability, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting and communication is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
