Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of high-quality CSR concept notes and proposals aligned with corporate and institutional priorities.
  
• Collaborate with Program and Technical teams to design impactful, evidence-based projects across health, education, livelihood, and rehabilitation.
  
• Build and nurture corporate and institutional partnerships for resource mobilization.
  
• Manage donor relationships, ensure compliance with reporting and branding requirements, and track renewals.
  
• Coordinate donor meetings, showcases, and impact reports.
  
• Conduct research on emerging CSR opportunities and trends in disability inclusion.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or a related field.
  
• 7–10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, donor relations, or institutional partnerships.
  
• Proven track record in concept note and proposal writing.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Understanding of donor compliance, financials, and project management processes.
