Doon Animal Welfare is a compassionate initiative dedicated to rescuing, treating, and sheltering injured and abandoned animals. We rely on the generous support of individuals and organizations to continue our mission. We are looking for motivated and empathetic telecallers to join our fundraising team and help us create a better world for animals.

Job Summary:

The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure corporate partnerships, CSR grants, and funding support for the NGO’s programs. The role involves proposal writing, identifying CSR opportunities, and building long-term relationships with corporates, PSUs, and funding agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CSR Partnership Development

  • Identify potential corporate partners and CSR opportunities aligned with the NGO’s causes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads, foundations, and donor organizations.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch ongoing and upcoming projects.
  1. Proposal & Grant Management

  • Draft compelling 

    CSR proposals, concept notes, and grant applications

     as per donor requirements.
  • Coordinate with program and finance teams to prepare project budgets, impact reports, and utilization documents.
  • Track proposal submissions, donor communications, and follow-ups for approvals.
  1. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all documentation aligns with CSR Act guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor project deliverables and prepare 

    donor reports, fund utilization certificates, and impact assessments.

  1. Strategy & Research

  • Research CSR trends, eligible funding companies, and CSR allocations in relevant sectors.
  • Maintain a CSR database and track annual reports of corporates for potential tie-ups.
  1. Events & Visibility

  • Collaborate on CSR events, donor visits, and campaigns to strengthen relationships and visibility.
  • Represent the NGO at CSR forums, networking events, and partner meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, or Management.
  • 3–6 years of experience in CSR partnerships or fundraising in the development sector.
  • Strong communication and proposal-writing skills (English proficiency required).
  • Understanding of CSR Act, compliance norms, and corporate engagement.
  • Networking, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Compensation:

  • As per experience and NGO norms.
