Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager located in Mumbai. The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing CSR initiatives. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with corporate social responsibility policies. Daily tasks include analyzing CSR project effectiveness, communicating CSR initiatives, managing project timelines, and engaging employees in CSR activities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Corporate Social Responsibility practices and Project Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess the impact of CSR initiatives
• Excellent Communication and Employee Engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in developing and implementing CSR strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Work, or a related field
