Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Contractor – Corporate Social Responsibility – Human Capital

We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful candidate for our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team based in Hyderabad. The CSR team shapes and implements the firm's social responsibility strategy. Additionally, the team evaluates, executes, and manages CSR programs and projects in alignment with the firm’s areas of focus and organizes employee engagement initiatives that promote a culture of social responsibility and sustainability within the firm.

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

In this role, you will provide research and ideation support for our CSR and sustainability initiatives. You will also liaise with non-profits and organizations to evaluate project proposals, run an active volunteering program, implement initiatives to improve sustainability at an organizational and personal level, manage fundraisers and charity match initiatives, etc. Furthermore, you will plan and organize firmwide events with an intent to make meaningful contributions towards the environment and/or community. Lastly, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage day-to-day operational work pertaining to maintaining internal records for projects and events, contracts, invoices, feedback, event trackers,

budget, etc.

The ideal candidate should hold-

Basic qualifications:

─ A degree with at least 6 months of work experience in managing

operations for social initiatives and projects, or handling HR events

and operations

─ The ability to be passionate about social causes and sustainability

─ The quality of being creative, diligent, and process oriented

─ Good written and verbal communication skills

─ Excellent attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:

─ Good research skills
