Required Experience/Skills

• Master's degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in outreach, partnership development, and fundraising in the non-profit sector.
• Strong leadership, experience, knowledge and understanding of funding sources, donor relations, and grant management.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, interpersonal and presentation skills, including ability to produce timely and accurate MI.
• Support the execution and management of the new external/and or existing partnerships.   

Nice-to-Haves

• Work background in the education industry and social inclusion.
• Experience in International fundraising.
